Smart Tenants
Smart Tenants is aimed at people living in social housing who would like to improve their money management skills whilst also exploring employment, volunteering and upskilling opportunities. The Learning Partnership manage the contract through a collective delivery model; There are 4 Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) delivering Smart Tenants in Cornwall (see below). Other non RSL engagement partners are involved but, for simplicity, this crib sheet will focus on the RSLs.
If you are unsure if this is the right provision for your customer you can ring the Inclusion Cornwall Hub to talk things through – 01872 326440 or [email protected]
