Sodic Land Reclamation III Project and it intends to apply a part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the above Contract :- 1. The Executive Engineer Irrigation Division-2 Unnao (U.P) invites bids open for all from eligible bidders through e-Tendering process for Rehabilitation of drains as per Table no. 1

2. All bidders must fulfill the required qualifications as specified in bidding document.

Interested eligible bidders may see and download the bid document form the website http://etender.up.nic.in w.e.f. 24.03.2015 5:00 PM to 18.04.2015 5:00 PM and document cost as mentioned above in column no. 6 of Table -1 will have to be paid in the form of DD drawn on any schedule bank as per given details in column no. 8 of Table-1. Which will necessarily be deposited in the office of Executive Engineer Irrigation Division-2 Unnao (U.P) before last date of submission (18.04.2015 5:00 pm) and scanned copy of draft will be delivered with e-Tender. 4. All bidders who wish to participate in the e-Procurement, must be having digital signature /registration from U.P. Electronics Corporation Limited, 10 Ashok Marg, Lucknow. 5. Bid documents must be accompanied with earnest money of the amount specified, for the work as per in the column no. 5 of Table -1. Earnest money will have to be paid in the form as specified in the bidding document and shall be valid for 90 days beyond the validity of the bid. Earnest money will necessarily be deposited in the Office of Executive Engineer Irrigation Division-2 Unnao (U.P) before 18.04.2015 upto 5:00 PM and scanned copy of the same will be delivered with e-Tender. 6. In case of any discrepancy between the downloaded bid document and that available with the concerned Executive Engineer/ Superintending Engineer, the bid document available in the office would be considered authentic. 7. Bids must be delivered by e-Tendering process only on the above web site by 18.04.2015 upto 5:00 PM. The Technical Bids will be opened on Date : 20.04.2015 12:30 PM at Office of Executive Engineer Irrigation Division-2 Unnao (U.P) . The financial bids shall be opened after Technical Bids Evaluation. Date and time of which will be intimated in due course of time. 8. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 08.04.2015 at 03:00 hours in office of the Executive Engineer Irrigation Division-2 Unnao (U.P), to clarify the issues on any matter by the bidders. 9. Bidders may offer bids for anyone or more Packages. 10. Contract for each Package will be concluded separately and Award of Contract would be issued separately. 11. Any bidder who is having criminal record or black listed by the State Govt. is not allowed to participate in the bidding process. 12. In case, the rate of work given by contractor are more than below 10% of The Schedule of Rate, performance security will be deducted @ 0.5% per 1 percent below the Schedule of Rate in extra ( as per G.O.) 13. Any of the package or complete bid can be cancelled/modified without assigning any reason thereof.
