A. Base: 1. Five leg, 16 gauge formed steel welded base with machined steel center hub. 2. Caster sockets fusion welded by electric wire for strength. 3. Black finish is standard.

B. Casters: 1. Five (5), 3” dual wheel casters. 2. 3” soft wheel casters are available for hard surfaces.

C. Seat assembly: 1. Cast aluminum seat control bed assembly. 2. Heavy-duty pneumatic height adjustment cylinder, rated DIN Class-4. 3. Backrest tilt tension adjustment via “Custom Fit” fingertip control wheel to spring tubes while at seated position. 4. Multi-Ply hardwood seat board, with metal threaded inserts for attachments. 5. Heavy Duty hand tied coil spring seat cushion. 6. 1.1 oz. Dacron seat batting and 1.5” topper cushion.

D. Back support bar: 1. Cold rolled, solid bar stock steel back bar, ¼” thick x 4” wide. 2. Concealed 4” (vertical) back lumbar adjustment from seated position. 3. Attached mechanical Schukra® lumbar wheel adjustment (horizontal).

E. Arm Bar Supports and Arm Pad Rests: 1. Cold rolled, solid bar stock steel arm rests, attached to metal, seat control 3/8” thick x 2” wide. 2. Soft cushion Urethane arm supports are standard. 3. Vinyl coated, cast aluminum for extra durability is an option. 4. Upholstered arm pads, matching chair fabric is an option 5. Arms can be reset up to 2” outward or inward. 6. Arms can be changed, added or deleted in field assembly.

F. Backrest: 1. One piece molded, ergonomically shaped, multi-ply wood composite. 2. Multy-density polyfoam back cushions with concealed lumbar roll (horizontal) 3. Back rest protected by polyethylene-textured shell and PVC bumper strip. 4. Fully fabric upholstered matching back is available.

G. Standard Overall dimensions: 1. Seat: 21-1/2” wide X 19-1/2” deep. 2. Back: 19-1/2” wide X 19-1/2” high. 3. Arms: 3” wide a 10” deep X 1-1/2” thick. 4. Seat height from floor 25” to 35” 5. Back height adjustment: 2-1/2” range.
