6.0 GENERAL Menu Navigator Screen a) Under the General Menu Navigator Screen, there are few sub-menus as shown in Figure 6.1 below:-

6.1 Interactive SMS User Guide Menu a) Due to satisfactory, EOL system provides the screen that consists of the instructions or steps for distributors to refer in order to send the suggestions by using SMS services. Figure 6.1.1:-

6.2 Branches Menu a) This screen allow user to view the address, contacts information and member prefix for the branches and country. Refer to Figure 6.2.1 as shown below:-

For instance drop down list:-

 Country = All Countries, Malaysia, Malaysia Region, Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Thailand.  Sory By = Country, Branch, Address

 = to print out all details under the Elken Branches menu

 = export the data into Excel format.

 = prompt out output toolbar help when click on it

6.3 Keydates Menu a) The purpose for this menu is to indicate what are the important notes or reminders for the user to view from this menu. Refer to Figure 6.3.1:-

Figure 6.3.1 Global Keydates Menu from EOL System b) User can print out the details from the Global Key Dates menu by using this feature, export the data into the excel format is using this feature and get help from the output toolbar is using this feature.

6.4 Price List Menu a) The following screen is to display what are the price lists for the products as shown in Figure 6.4.1:-

Figure 6.4.1 Elken Products Price List b) For the Elken Product Price List, it is divides into 4 categories which are:-  WM = West Malaysia price list  EM = East Malaysia price list  SG = Singapore price list  BN = Brunei price list c) User can click on the link in which it will directly prompt out the products price list as shown below in Figure 6.4.2:-

6.5 Kowaja Loan Monthly Deduction Menu
