For instance drop down list:-</p><p> Country = All Countries, Malaysia, Malaysia Region, Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Thailand.  Sory By = Country, Branch, Address</p><p> = to print out all details under the Elken Branches menu</p><p> = export the data into Excel format.</p><p> = prompt out output toolbar help when click on it</p><p>6.3 Keydates Menu a) The purpose for this menu is to indicate what are the important notes or reminders for the user to view from this menu.
