In this review you must explain the substantial contribution and historiographic significance of the chosen work before moving to any critique. At least one line of critique must concern causality. If you wish to write a research paper instead you may do so, in consultation with the instructor. The weekly assignment is to prepare a brief oral introduction to the reading.
