A favourable rate of 105 Euro per single room per night is offered. This rate is valid for the period of October 23rd – 24th and includes breakfast. It is refundable in case of cancellation at least 21 day prior to the date of the CSR and MP meetings.

To benefit from this scheme, please respect the registration deadline of September 20th 2017. Reservations are to be made directly with the hotel. The reservation code is “NDPHS”.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

From "Konrad Adenauer" Airport Cologne/Bonn take the Airport bus to Bonn Main Station SB 60 (one-way ticket costs 7.80 €)

From the Airport Düsseldorf or the Airport Frankfurt take the train to Bonn Main Station. It will take you 1 hour. A ticket from Düsseldorf costs appr. 20 €, from Frankfurt it depends on which train you take.

Leave the Main Station “Bonn Hbf” to the left, direction Bonn centre. Take the exit with the street name "Am Hauptbahnhof". After 200 meters turn to the right into the street “Noeggerathstrasse”. You will find the hotel on the right hand side at the end of the street.

MEALS DURING THE EVENT

Refreshments during the event will be offered by the Host free of charge.

Participants who are in need of an invitation for a visa to enter the Schengen area are kindly requested to contact Mr. Thomas Ifland (contact details above).

All documents submitted to the meeting are available for downloading at http://www.ndphs.org/?mtgs,mp_10__bonn. Participants are kindly requested to bring their own copies to the event. Files for presentation during the event (such as ppt presentations) should be sent to the NDPHS Secretariat at least 2 days before it.
