Ref Post 1652 Quality Scientist Environmental Monitoring Temporary/ Full-time National Blood Centre

The IBTS is currently recruiting a Full-time Quality based in Environmental Monitoring in the National Blood Centre.

Essential Criteria:  Candidates must have a relevant, recognised degree level qualification that includes Microbiology.  At least 6 months experience of working in a medical/pharmaceutical laboratory since qualifying.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  Demonstrate flexibility, team work and enthusiasm to work in a demand driven environment.  Demonstrated IT skills.

Desirable Criteria:

 Microbiology Lab experience  GMP/GLP experience 

The salary scale attached to the post is the Medical Scientist salary scale €31,048 to €53,241 (incl. LSI) per annum. Entry point onto the salary scale is dependent upon relevant public sector experience.
