January 31, 2005

Dear Valued Supplier/Vendor:

SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS – ROUTING GUIDELINES…PREPAID

Following are the rules for delivery of goods to our receiving facilities. We appreciate your assistance in educating the carrier(s) of your choice on these requirements.

1. Appointments are necessary for unloading all orders where the freight terms are ‘Prepaid’ and the pallets / piece count is over the below minimums…  For deliveries to our Spaulding Ave or 7575 E Fulton Street facilities in Ada, MI, appointments are necessary for all shipments of 10+ pallets or 100+ pieces. The phone number to contact for an appointment is 616-787-6888.  Other appointment numbers are (necessary for all deliveries…no minimums):  Northwest Service Center, Kent, WA 253-872-7032, option 5  Southeast Service Center, Norcross, GA 770-449-5466  Southwest Service Center, Arlington, TX 817-640-0851  Nutrilite, Lakeview, CA 951-928-6500,ext. 6701  Nutrilite Manufacturing, 5609 River Way, Buena Park, CA 714-562-6200, ext 6424  Nutrilite Northam Warehouse, LaMirada, CA 714-228-1591  Buena Park Service Center, Buena Park, CA 714-562-6200, ext 6424  Nutrilite Tableting Division, 7861 Emery St, Buena Park, CA 714-562-6200, ext 6259  London Service Center/Quixtar Canada, London, ON 519-685-4402

2. On-time delivery is calculated as the material being unloaded at the receiving area on or before (but not more than 5 days before) the Promised Delivery Date on your purchase order.  Please be aware that appointment times can fill up fast so it is in your best interest to have the delivering carrier contact ABG promptly or an ‘on-time’ appointment slot may be difficult to obtain. We will not accommodate appointment times prior to 5 days before the Promised Delivery Date.

3. Access Business Group takes load integrity and security of our employees and facilities very seriously. We comply with all appropriate regulations (CT-PAT, FDA Bioterrorism, etc).  Drivers of ‘commercial size’ vehicles will be required to have a valid CDL license that must be presented upon request. We may also require a photo-copy of the license for our records.  Trailers (other than LTL shipments) should be sealed when they leave the shipper’s facility and the seal must be left intact until verified and recorded by an ABG representative.
