Design a poster for BugFest. The poster should not only advertise the event but should tell its story—portray the event’s experience. Info from the website (www.bugfest.org):
Each year over 35,000 visitors come to BugFest to experience over 100 exhibits, crafts, games and activities. We provide the opportunity for you to interact with entomologists and other scientists so you can continue learning about the fascinating world of bugs. We also feature Café Insecta, where the brave can sample buggy dishes prepared by local chefs. The best part is, it’s all free!

Project 2: Book Cover
Design a book cover for the book “Charlotte’s Web”.
Charlotte’s Web is a children’s novel by American author E. B. White and illustrated by Garth Williams; it was published in October 15, 1952, by Harper & Brothers. The novel tells the story of a pig named Wilbur and his friendship with a barn spider named Charlotte. When Wilbur is in danger of being slaughtered by the farmer, Charlotte writes messages praising Wilbur (such as “Some Pig”) in her web in order to persuade the farmer to let him live.

Design and produce a logo that appropriately represents the essence of the Frankenstand food truck, located in Los Angeles. Frankenstand serves 100% vegan and frighteningly delicious gourmet franks (hotdogs). The Frankenstand is a one man show that generally offers three standard vegan hotdogs all named after the classic horror films of yesteryear. The Wolf, the Witch, the Creature, the Swamp Thing.

Project 5: Package Label Redesign
Design and produce the front side graphics (labels) for one of Outlaw BBQ Sauces called Honey Hot. Outlaw HONEY BBQ Sauce is a Kansas City Style, Kentucky Bourbon based sauce, sweetened with Pure Honey. They are proud to say that they only use the finest and freshest ingredients in their Outlaw BBQ Sauce recipe, the same recipe they used when they made small batches of sauce in their own kitchen.
