REPORTS by SEASON a. Spring:  All – League Mtgs o Handled by League Coaches, please make sure your coaches are aware of their mtgs.  Baseball/Softball o Sp. ’18 - No JV Base – CP, Res o CP considering playing ALL away games  Track o Please remind coaches to use athletic.net for entries o Pay one Adult worker ($40/meet) to do Field Events. Please make sure they are aware they must do IS teams too o Pan – League Manager – Announcement/Info o IS Teams – Pan, Res, SF o League Prelims – Th, 5/4 – Start Time: 1:30pm, League Finals – Th, 5/11 – Start Time: 1:30pm . Field Event Assign: SP – JFK, HJ – Res, Girls LJ/TJ – CP, Boys LJ/TJ - SF  Boys Volleyball  Boys Tennis  Swim o League Manager – JFK o League Finals – Tu, 5/2 – 1:30pm @ East Valley HS . Combined with East Valley League – expect 3-3 ½ hr meet, please make sure buses are arranged accordingly . Make sure entries are done properly and completed on time o Medals will be handed out at City Prelims b. Fall:  Non-League Games are past due – Please complete and turn in ASAP  League Schedules – Please review ASAP so they can be finalized and put into CIF-Home  Cross Country o League Manager - Reseda . Add the Western League??? o 2017 - Meets @ Pierce including East Valley League . Meet Schedule: 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25 . League Finals: 11/1  Girls Volleyball o FS – CP, JFK, Pan, SF, Syl, VN o Schedule Days: M/W – starting on 8/30  Girls Tennis o Schedule Days: M/Th – starting on 9/18  Girls Golf  Football o Admission – General-$7, Seniors and Students w/ID-$5 – per League Handbook o Additions to League Handbook (See above) o League Dates: 9/22, 9/28, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3 o Same as last season – just flip home/away  Supervision o FB – Hm and Aw o CC – All Meets o GVB & GTen - Home c.
