14.4.1. Calculation of Credit Allowance (continued)

Multiply the PVC Daily Charge by the Interruption Period to be Credited to determine the Credit Allowance.

Example: A one hour interruption occurs on a 1024 kbps two-way PVC with a 5% discount.

PVC Monthly Charge = $2,470.00 less 5% Discount = ($123.50) Discounted PVC Monthly Charge = $2,346.50 Discounted PVC Monthly Charge/30 days = $78.22 Interruption Period To Be Credited = 1/10 Day Credit Allowance is the PVC Daily Charge ($78.22) X 1/10 = $7.82

Credit Allowances for access lines are determined as set forth in AT&T Tariff F.C.C. No. 11. The FRS Credit Allowance does not apply for interruptions to FRS caused by access line interruptions or resulting from the activation and deactivation of Disaster Recovery Options as specified in Section 14.7., following.

14.5. AVAILABILITY - FRS is available at AT&T Central Offices which provide ACCUNET T1.5 Service or ASDS as listed in AT&T Tariff F.C.C. No. 10. FRS is available within and between the Mainland, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and to Alaska, and to international locations as specified in Section 14.9. and Section 14.12., following.

14.6. FRS COMPONENTS AND RATES - The charges for FRS consist of Non-Recurring Charges and Monthly Charges for Ports and PVCs.

14.6.1. Ports

A. Domestic Port - Provides connection capability within and between the Mainland, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Domestic Ports also provide connection capability to Alaska, Canada, Mexico and to the international locations specified in Section 14.12.1., following. Domestic Ports in Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands incur an Additional Port Monthly Charge as shown in Section 14.6.1.E., following. A Domestic Port also provides connection capability to Local Access Ports within the same LATA via Local PVCs or via Domestic PVCs and to Local Access Ports in another LATA via Domestic PVCs. Each Domestic Port connecting to a Local PVC will incur an Additional Port Interconnection Monthly Charge as shown in Section 14.6.1.E., following. x Material filed under Transmittal No. 11242 became effective on February 8, 1999. 14.6.1. Ports (continued)

B. Global Port - Provides connection capability within and between the Mainland, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and to Alaska, and to the international locations specified in Sections 14.9. and 14.12.1., following. Global Ports in Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands incur an Additional Port Monthly Charge as shown in Section 14.6.1.E., following. A Global Port also provides connection capability to Local Access Ports within the same LATA via Local PVCs or via Domestic PVCs and to Local Access Ports in another LATA via Domestic PVCs. Each Global Port connecting to a Local PVC will incur an Additional Port Interconnection Monthly Charge as shown in Section 14.6.1.E., following.

C. Port Change Charge

1. A Customer can request to increase or decrease a port speed, or change a Domestic Port to a Global Port, a Global Port to a Domestic Port, a Local Access Port to a Domestic Port, a Domestic Port to a Local Access Port, a Local Access Port to a Global Port or a Global Port to a Local Access Port at any time after the service date for that Port. A Port Change Charge will apply for each change.

2. A change of the physical location of a Customer's Premises that requires a change to an existing Port connection, is considered to be a discontinuance and re-installation of the Ports involved. Discontinuance provisions will apply as specified in Section 14.2.2., preceding. Installation Charges for the Ports will apply as specified in Section 14.6.1.E., following. A change of the physical location of a Customer's Premises that does not require a change to an existing Port connection is considered a change and the Port Change Charge in 1. above will apply.

D. Domestic Port and Global Port Installation Charges -Installation Charges apply for the installation of each Port as specified in the Port Charges Table in Section 14.6.1.E., following.

14.6.2. Domestic PVCs - This Section includes Domestic PVCs. Global PVCs and Canada PVCs are specified in Section 14.9., following. Alaska PVCs are specified in Section 14.10., following.

A. Domestic PVC - A Domestic PVC is a logical connection between two Ports located within the Mainland, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Domestic PVCs are provided in one-way and two-way configurations.

A one-way PVC transmits or receives in one direction only. A two-way PVC transmits and receives simultaneously.

B. Domestic PVC CIR Change Charge

1. A Customer can request to increase or decrease a Domestic PVC CIR at any time after the service date for that Domestic PVC. A PVC CIR Change Charge will apply for each change to a PVC CIR.

C. Domestic PVC Installation Charges - Installation Charges apply for the installation of each one-way or two-way Domestic PVC.

D. Recurring Charges - Recurring Monthly Charges apply for each Domestic PVC as specified in the following PVC Charges Table.
