Services for Frances Elizabeth (Fey) Todd, 92, Madison, were held Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2007, in the Crawford Funeral Chapel, Watertown, with Pastor Jim Biswell officiating. Burial was in Gettysburg Cemetery, Gettysburg. The Crawford Funeral Chapel, Watertown, was in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Ivan Todd, Chad Sherrill, Don Todd, Marvin Todd, David Todd and Pat Larson.

Music was provided by organist Dorothy Brugman and vocalists Don Seim, Melissa Todd and AnnRae Herr.

Mrs. Todd died Saturday, Sept. 8, 2007, at a Sioux Falls hospital. Frances was born July 10, 1915, at Ashton to Robert and Mabel (Smith) Fey.

She married John W. Todd June 22, 1947, at Rockham.

Survivors include two sons: David (Linda) Todd, Watertown , and Marvin (Shirley) Todd, Madison; two daughters: Wanda Todd, Sioux Falls, and Mary Todd, Boston, Mass.; two sisters: Phyllis (Robert) Keller, Snowhomish, Wash., and Norma (Ed) Hal, Asheville, N.C.; one former daughter-in-law : Jean Todd, Baltic; and five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren .

She was preceded in death by her husband: John, and her parents .
