1. Data entry of the information on the following screens and tabs is performed by the CVO staff.

II. Facility or Organization Data Entry

1. Data Entry of the information on the following screens and tabs is performed by the designated staff of the facility or organization.

2. In general, additions to the tables associated with the information contained on the above listed screens are entered by the CVO staff. Requests for additions to an MSOW table are to be submitted by e-mail, mail, or fax to the CVO Office.

3. The requested item will be added to the table within one working day. If for any reason the item cannot be added within that timeframe, the requestor will be notified and an alternative timeframe will be proposed.

EXCEPTION

The addition of a new facility/organization or a new facility/organization user to the data repository is the responsibility of the MSOW Administrator.
