Vantiv Email Signature Templates

Instructions on creating or editing your Outlook email signature:

Select the signature which best represents the brand and group you work within. Edit the First and Last Name fields with your information. Then add your job title on the next line down. Replace the telephone and mobile phone numbers with yours as well as the email address. Please do not add anything extra to the signature, a favorite quote, or another image or website link. The signature as designed with your contact details included should stand alone.

Highlight and copy the entire signature starting with your name down to the social links. Open Outlook if it is not already open. In the top left hand corner, click the orange tab called “File”. Look along the left hand side of the page and click on “Options”. A window will pop up and you will need to click on the “Mail” item on the left hand side.

A couple of items down from the top – you will see an area for “Create or modify signatures for message” click the “Signatures” button to the right of the text. Click the “New” button to create your revised signature. Name it what you would like and click “Ok”. In the “Edit Signature” area at the bottom, place your cursor in the box and then “Paste” the email signature you copied from this document. Caution: Do Not Click “Ok” yet without clicking “Save” first.

Once you have saved your signature, then go to the upper right hand side and select the name of the signature you just created for both “New Messages” and “Replies/Forwards”. Then you are ok to click the “Ok” button at the bottom. Once you have finished, close out of the windows and create a test email. Did the email signature you just create appear in the email? If yes, you are finished. If not, go through the steps again to see which one was missed.
