IMPORTANT INFORMATION! If accepted, first authors need to print the poster and bring it along with a sturdy backing board on which to place it, along with clips or tacks with which to affix it to the board. You should test your backing board/poster setup before arriving. Tripods are provided for displaying your poster. Suggested dimensions are 36” (inches) high x 48” (inches) wide.

First authors are expected to be present for the entire session. First authors should arrive at least 15 minutes before the session. So, first authors should arrive no later than 9:45am (CST) and stay until 12:00 noon (CST) or beyond if they win 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place. Graduate poster winners of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, should stay after the session for introduction at the TPA Luncheon (TPA provides lunch for winners and announces their accomplishments) which happens about 12:30pm CST.
