If accepted, first authors need to print the poster and bring it along with a sturdy backing board on which to place it, along with clips or tacks with which to affix it to the board. You should test your backing board/poster setup before arriving. Tripods are provided for displaying your poster. Suggested dimensions are 36” (inches) high x 48” (inches) wide.</p><p>First authors are expected to be present for the entire session. First authors should arrive at least 15 minutes before the session. So, first authors should arrive no later than 9:45am (CST) and stay until 12:00 noon (CST) or beyond if they win 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place.
