“ Come Jazz with Me” Event Fact Sheet

“Come Jazz with Me” is jazz fundraiser, to be held Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Stafford Park Stadium in Maple Heights, Ohio with the objective of achieving our mission statement, along with generating positive interests and relationships in the community.

We will once again feature local celebrity artists such as, Forecast and Hubbs Groove to name a few.

We expect this to be a memorable, enjoyable and entertaining experience for those who will return from last year and those joining us for the first time this year.

Throughout this all day event, each artist will be playing in a designated 45 minute time slot with a 15 minute break between each artist. During that time, there will be raffle giveaways, sponsor acknowledgements and recognitions, along with line dancing, and local television and radio personalities.

Vendors will be onsite sharing useful information, displays and food options.

We received positive feedback from a number of last year’s event attendee’s, plus community and city representatives, who also stated they were looking forward to this year’s event!

Tickets will be distributed to various business owners throughout the city, in addition to being available for purchase online through Eventbrite.

Posters and fliers will be displayed, in addition to online and radio advertising which will assist with marketing and promotion for the event. Visions Event Planning is a collective group of active, creative and resourceful leaders who have been busy! We have supported small area business owners in marketing their products and services, in addition to advocating for various organizations such as the American Diabetes Association, and the American Cancer Society.

Portions of the proceeds from last summer’s events, and this year as well, will be applied to St. Jude Children’s Hospital and the Lorelle Faith Foundation / Matthews Lending Library, which are organizations promoting the knowledge and research towards the cure of the Trisomy 13 chromosomal syndrome.

In closing, we know your company has a desire to give back to the community as well. Your impact, support and participation will (1) enable us to continue to broaden our horizons of sharing the gift of music (2) make your presence ever more prominent in this and surrounding communities and most importantly (3) assist in the contribution to meriting organizations and foundations.
