Motion made by Tara Campbell and seconded by Sally Spindor to approve the October 2015 meeting minutes as written. Motion Passed Unanimously.

Consider adding section NA for 12a. Report out in London, June 2016 meeting. (Due Date: 20-Jun-2016)

Proposed Handbook Clarification for question 6.3.4, RAIL Item 196 Report Out

5.0 EMA Cleaning

ACTION ITEM: Sub team, Keith Panuska (lead), Eric Lefort, Jefferson Silva, Kevin Dowling, Tawny Blumenshine, to address guidance for AC7118 Rev C question 6.3.4. Team to revise proposal to provide more general EMA guidance to eliminate the reference to the Controlled Contamination Area guidance and report out in London, June 2016 meeting. (Due Date: 21-Jun-2016)

6.0 ATL/AFP TOW PLACEMENT ACCURACY REQUIREMENTS – OPEN

Proposed Handbook Clarification for question 16f.2.28, RAIL Item 197 Report Out

6.0 AFP & Winding Accuracy Precision

ACTION ITEM: PRI to implement AC7118 handbook clarification for 16e.2.20 and 16f.2.29 per presentation 6.0. (Due Date: 30-Apr-2016)

Motion made by Lance Loeks and seconded by Kevin Dowling to approve Handbook clarification. Motion Passed.

Convert AC7118 to ‘Slash Sheet’ Format Report Out

Handbook Clarification to Explain When a CP Scope is required

Motion was made by Patrick Dunleavy of SAFRAN to accept the changes as proposed to the handbook clarification. The motion was seconded by Brett Hemingway of BAE Systems. The Task Group Chairperson documented the voting results. 20 Voted Yea, 0 Voted Nea, 0 Voted to Abstain.

ACTION ITEM: PRI to implement 15a.1 handbook clarification as proposed in presentation 8.0. (Due Date: 30-Apr-2016)

ACTION ITEM: PRI to revise AH7118 to reference 8.6.9 guidance in questions 16h.5.12, 18a.3.1, & 18b.3.2. (Due Date: 30-Apr-2016)

ACTION ITEM: Sub team, Lance Loeks, lead, Frank Alberto, Park Aerospace, Kevin Dowling, Eric Lefort, to develop a Thermocouple (TC) Dampening handbook clarification for AC7118 question 6.1.4. (Due Date: 30-Jun-2016)

Succession planning for Vice Chairperson. Richard Perret (GKN) was nominated by Andreas Mastorakis, seconded by Kevin Dowling, and elected to serve as Vice Chairperson for Tara Campbell. 21 Voted Yea, 0 Voted Nea, 0 Voted to Abstain.

ACTION ITEM: PRI to develop a handbook clarification for order of precedence stating that Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) work is only audited if requested by the supplier. (Due Date: 30-Apr-2016)
