Thank you for your participation at the upcoming NASS meeting, October 6 – 8, 2010 in Orlando, FL. Below is information you will need for the event.

Exhibit Facility: Orange County Convention Center (West Building) 9800 International Drive Orlando, FL

Installation of Exhibits: Saturday, October 2 – Tuesday, October 5 8 AM – 5 PM

Exhibit Schedule: Wednesday, October 6 9 am– 5 pm Thursday, October 7 9 am – 5 pm Friday, October 8 9 am – 1 pm

Orthofix Booth Number: 455

Badges: All booth personnel must wear an official NASS exhibitor badge to gain access to the exhibit hall. Badges will be distributed on site from the exhibitor registration desk. You will need to provide a business card and a picture id in order to obtain your badge.

Air transportation: Please plan to fly into Orlando International Airport. Unless you have requested alternate dates, you should arrive on Tuesday, October 5 and depart on Friday, October 8.

Ground transportation: Individuals will need to coordinate transportation to/from the hotel on their own. The distance from Orlando International Airport to the Rosen Centre Hotel is approx. 13 miles/20 minutes. A typical taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is $30.

Hotel Reservations: The Orthofix room block is at the Rosen Centre Hotel. Upon arrival, you will need to provide a credit card for your stay. The NASS budget only covers the first night room charge. Hotel confirmations will be sent out within the next two weeks. If you require alternate dates other than 10/05 – 10/08, every effort will be made to accommodate requests; however please note there are several large conventions in town during this time period and space is limited.

Weather: Average temperatures for Orlando in October range from mid 90’s for the high and mid 70’s for the low.

Pre-Convention Meeting: The pre-con meeting is for corporate sales management and sales representatives who are staffing the booth. The meeting will cover issues you will need to know prior to opening day. Refreshments will be available. Attire is business casual.

Education & Technology Suite Surgeon Event: The Education & Technology Suite is an opportunity to display product to the customer in a reception setting, with product experts and surgeon consultants, Dr. Keller, Dr. Linovitz and Dr. Frankel, available for discussion. Printed invitations have been distributed to the field. Please note: attendance to the tech suite is limited to surgeons, territory managers accompanying their surgeons, investors and the required corporate personnel.
