DEVELOPMENTAL OBJECTIVE

Public service excellence can only be achieved by attention to both policy development and implementation. Excellent research and policy making must be augmented with and effective translation of policy into organizational dynamics, processes and technical solutions. To this end, I have a particular interest in the organization and execution of public administration and the relationship between governmental institutions and the private sector and its appropriate role in public services. It is my objective to enhance my skill and knowledge as an expert of these issues.
