 2008 – Bachelor of Software Engineering from Higher College of Technology – HCT, Oman.  2002 – Higher Secondary Degree, Hail Al Awamer Secondary School.

3) Work Experience

 Feb,2013- Selected to be a Program Manager. Tacking care of all HR projects which considered as a turnaround projects. Following the status of each project with the concerned people. Forcing them to achieve them in the deadlines. Presenting the status of the turnaround projects in a weekly basis to the EXCO committee.

 May,2013- HR EDMO. Tacking care of the HR dashboard and tracking all the tasks of every department in HR. following with every manager the status of each task. Forcing them to achieve their tasks not later than the specified deadline. Presenting the updates in a weekly basis to HR Director.

 September,2012- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certificate.  August, 2012- Rotation in CEO Office with the PMO (Project Management Office) Department.

 July,2011- I joined HR Department – People Development Team(Coach-Products and Services).

 December, 2010- I was selected to join BVE – fixed Line inquiries team. This team is also dedicated to high value customers who worth special treatment by Nawras.

 Feb, 2010 - Received Golden Champion Award -Phase2 on the success of My Nawras project.

 I was sent for a rotation to HR department for around 3 months with People development team as Coach Product and services

 During my rotation in HR : . I trained new champions (Sales Advisor/ Customer Service) in all products and services in Nawras, coaching them how to deal with customers and how to handle problems. . Updating training slides. . Giving Refresher Trainings to all champions in Customer service . . Preparing training’s Schedule . Preparing quizzes for all trainings and evaluating scores . Doing Revision at the beginning of every week . Doing role plays and Q&A

 Made a big project using MS-PowerPoint in How to Trouble shoot Internet Problems. I also trained all champions to utilize these slides.

 March, 2010 – Won 1st place of Golden Champion Award - Phase1
