REGISTRATION FORMS DUE

 Registration & Medical forms due – May 3rd o $100 due with forms

MONEY

 Total Cost - $200 o $100 due with registration forms o $100 due when we leave for camp  Students are responsible for two travel meals and any snacks they want at camp o Recommended—$20-30

TRAVEL INFO

 Leave – Monday, July 3rd @ 9:30am (From main church building—803 W 18th St.) o Arrive at church at least 15 minutes early to ensure we leave on time  Arrive Home – Friday, July 7th @ Approx. 5pm

WHAT TO BRING

 Casual clothes which meet the “Super Summer Policies” (see other side)

 Recreation clothes (NOTE: Water games will be in abundance at Super Summer. Appropriate clothing in the form of swimsuits under dark T-shirts & shorts, and shoes that can be wet will be necessary!! Students should bring shoes & clothes which they are comfortable getting wet.)

 Bible and pen

 Personal grooming articles

 Towels and washcloths

 Bedding (twin sheet & sleeping bag/cover)

 Swimsuit (Dark T-shirts are required in the swimming areas.)  Quarters for vending machines

 Wristwatch (Students are not allowed to have cell phones at camp.)

 Prescription medication needs to be brought in original containers

• SUPER SUMMER POILCIES

• All youth are responsible to any sponsor or staff in regard to these policies:

 All youth are required to attend all scheduled sessions. If a youth becomes ill, medical attention is available and the youth, along with a sponsor, should report to the First Aid Station.

 Guys are not permitted in or around the girls’ dorm areas and girls are not permitted in or around the guys’ dorm areas. The only exception is during scheduled Super Summer class church group activities.

 There will be no possession or use of tobacco, alcohol, and/or drugs except for the purpose of medication. Immediate expulsion will result from any violation of this guideline.

 Electronic entertainment devices (such as iPods, C.D. players, radios, mp3 players, video games, etc.) are not allowed.

 Only Sponsors and Staff may have cell phones

SUPER SUMMER DRESS CODE

 Dress is not to distract from the purpose of Super Summer. The following guidelines will help fulfill this purpose:

o ALL clothing must have sleeves.

o Shorts and a dark t-shirt must be worn to and from the swimming areas. Everyone must wear a dark T-shirt while swimming in the pool or lake.

o Hemlines and necklines must be modest. Backless dresses, and bare midriffs are not allowed. All shirts must be long enough that no skin is visible above the waistband at any time.

o All shorts must be mid-thigh length or longer. “Message” shorts (those which have writing across the seat of the shorts) are not permitted.

o Shoes must be worn at all times. The only exception is while playing sand pit volleyball and swimming.

o Clothing advertising inappropriate secular music groups/individuals, sex, tobacco, alcohol, and/or drugs shall not be worn.

o Sagging shorts or pants are not allowed.
