If so, we’d like to know about it and share your success with the rest of Canada. Nominate your partnership and/or your corporate community involvement program and you could win national recognition for your innovative collaboration that meets a community need. Established in 1996, these Awards recognize and celebrate outstanding partnerships and impactful corporate community involvement between businesses and nonprofit organizations that are resulting in innovative ways to support Canadian communities.

Up to four winning partnerships will be chosen and celebrated at a gala reception in June 2011 at the Canadian Business & Community Partnership Forum. Plan to join us! 1) Simply answer the questions on this form. Applications must be submitted on the proper form (Partnership or Community Involvement). Eligibility Criteria: a) Your partnership is between a business and a charitable or non-profit organization; b) Your partnership or corporate community involvement program has existed for a minimum of two years prior to your application; c) Your partnership or corporate community involvement program is innovative and measurable; d) Your partnership or corporate community involvement program is sustainable; e) Your partnership program meets a community need and makes demonstrable difference; f) All participants involved in your partnership are engaged from start to finish; g) Your partnership program uses a wide spectrum of resources brought by both partners or your volunteer program demonstrates significant scope and range of opportunity within the company h) The corporation is an Imagine Canada Caring Company or member of Volunteer Canada’s Corporate Council on Volunteering.
