Quality coaching is the single most important factor in the development of our athletes as well as the sport itself. 2. The experience a player will gain through participation in ice hockey is directly influenced by the coaches’ qualifications as well as their coaching education background. TEAM TEAM PLAY 3. The curriculum, materials, and manuals of the coaching education program must be kept simple, practical, age specific, and user friendly.
