Job Title : Property Sales Assistant

Responsible to : Property Director

Job Purpose

To take general property enquires from Clients by telephone and in person. To co-ordinate viewings by liaising with all relevant persons. Inform Clients of other services provided by Blackadders, such as Mortgages, Conveyancing and Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

 Deal with general property sales enquiries by telephone and face to face.

 Arrange viewings of sale properties.

 Assess Clients’ property needs.

 Arrange valuation appointments.

 Carry out general admin and other duties as necessary.

 Responsible for keeping in regular contact with Clients, giving feedback regarding the sale of their property.

 Sell our services to clients on phone and face to face.

 Adhere to Blackadders policies and procedures and Law Society of Scotland Regulations, including Money Laundering, Client Charter etc.

 To ensure that Safe Working Practices are adhered to, in accordance with Health and Safety Legislation and Blackadders LLP.

Clearly spoken and with the ability to communicate clearly with new clients. Good attention to detail. Ideally having had previous sales experience. Working days Thursday & Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturday 9am – 12 noon Sunday rota Holiday cover
