Contents Current Process Flow:
Helpdesk will receive an email from Harold Concepcion with subject-line "Deposit Summary Excel File Generated MM/DD/YYYY (Cajun Operating Company)" with an excel attachment which contain the list of stores where the credit amount was not reported successfully to Credit Company / RBS for a particular day.
Leads will save the file under \\sonhydfp1\Churchs\Misc Reports\Credit Daily Reports in respective folder and use the master sheet to find out the stores which did not report the credit successfully for a particular day.
Purpose
This document serves the purpose to verify and to have credit batch closed successfully for all Church's stores. See below the steps to handle the email.
Handling Credit batch report email 1) Helpdesk will get the email from Harold Concepcion which contains the report received from [email protected] with the list of Radiant stores where the credit batch did not get closed properly due to some reason.
2) Lead will save the file and use the Credit Master Sheet to find out the pending stores which did not report the credit batch for the day and those stores will be assigned for further verification to support engineers.
3) Leads have to ensure Credit Escalation Master Sheet should be updated as and when we get the Company Hierarchy report or if any changes to the store status (Temporary Closed)
*Latest Hierarchy Data has to be updated in Credit Master sheet under Calculation Sheet with all Store Numbers and Store Open Status (*Very Important)
4) Credit Master Sheet contains Data Analysis & Calculation Sheet, follow the below steps to find out the list of stores which did not have the credit batch closed on time for a particular day.
Open the attachment sheet received from Harold and copy all the stores under Column "B" "Parent ID". Paste it under Data Analysis sheet under Column "D" in Credit Master Sheet and format the Column to display only store numbers. (For EX: Church's Chicken 02069 remove Church's Chicken to have 2069 only), then sort the Column in ascending order.
Paste the final data in Column "A" under same sheet (Data Analysis Sheet) and make sure under Column B (Test) should have YES for all the cells.
Navigate to Calculation Sheet and filter the Column C (Store Open Status) & select Open to display only Open Stores, then filter the Column B (Credit Status) and select NA, which will give the list of stores where the credit batch not closed On time for a particular day.
Note the list of stores having issues and assign to support engineers for further check.
Note: Calculation Sheet contains the VLOOKUP formula which will extract the data from Data Analysis sheet.
5) Support Engineer will verify the Radiant services, Global NVP and other connectivity issues for the reported stores for respective day where the credit did not get reported.
6) After reviewing the stores, if support engineer finds some issue – he/she will try to work towards resolution to fix it.
7) A case will be escalated to Radiant, if support engineer was unable to fix the issue.
8) A web-desk case needs to be created for all the reported stores under respective store id's in web-desk.
