EMERGENCY REQUEST OF ALL MARYLAND REPRESENTATIVES To Dear Representative Hoyer,

This a follow-up to my June 13, 2011 request to your office regarding the out of control foreclosure fraud system operating in Maryland courts; disenfranchising your constituents of their rights and properties through a broken corrupted judicial system which has no respect for the rule of law or Constitution.

It saddens me to report that I personally witnessed and videotaped the illegal eviction of Jean Mischad, a Maryland resident from her Calvert County home. Which I reported to the FBI on the 15th and was not aware of until after she was released from jail on trumped up for accounts of second-degree assault on Calvert County's Mafia controlled Sheriff's office who executed this illegal foreclosure proceeding.

For the record, the videotape is [email protected] program 318 showing the Gestapo tactics used by the Sheriff's Department and Paul Monger, a real estate broker, friend of every judge in the County; who has employed every criminal act possible to obtain this eviction. I was asked to videotape and report what I saw, to the victims attorneys, which I have done. Only now am I finding out the horror stories where Sheriff department’s agents were fully aware that there was a bankruptcy stay in place. And witnesses will attest that they were on a three-way conversation with the victim. When the Sheriff Department deputy, physically assaulted the victim first by snatching the cell phone out of her hand with the US Bankruptcy Court clerk of the court, on the other line, and her local advocate; causing the victim’s hand to came to go back and smacked her in the face with devastating force. This is first-degree assault by any definition, to which witnesses will attest to this.

The primary reason for contacting your office today is that the videotape will show and you can hear in the background the Sheriff's Department, witnessing Paul Monger agents trashing the belongings of Jean Michaud and her family, throwing them directly into the dumpster with such force. You could hear it 300 yards away as the video will attest. Now the property of the victim is stored 900 yards down a private owned road by Paul Monger who allegedly has prevented anyone from entering the property, if they do so, they will be arrested and prosecuted. This is a gross violation of state and federal law. The property should have been moved to the nearest public access highway not put on private property. Putting $100,000 of personal property at risk by this monster Paul Monger.

I am asking for emergency intervention to stop the Sheriff's Department criminal acts and their employer Paul Monger from threatening people trying to recover assets of the victim with the arrest. If intervention is not taken within the next 18 hours, it is feared that Paul Monger will have all the assets of this victim estimated at over $100,000 in real property and cash; that was in the home that was foreclosed on, disposed of to cover-up his criminal acts. I'm also asking if one of the parties receiving this, can set up a meeting with the Washington FBI office so that I may file under Maryland court watch news, criminal complaints against the judges in the seventh judicial circuit: Sheila Tillotson Adams, Judge, Lombardi, Judge Krug, Judge, Clagett, and Judge Riddle, and Sheriff Department agents as identified on the video as participating in this RICO conspiracy to deprive this victim of her civil rights and liberties under color of law and authority.

Maryland courts have been complicit in these crimes, as well as the federal judges in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in United States District Court all of which took the oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution of this country against the Mafia controlled legal system that now runs Maryland's judiciary.

Once again, I ask you to visit and see the history at secret justice.com programs 283 through 318 chronicling this massive fraud and conspiracy by a well-known developer in Calvert County. Using his influence and friendship with the Calvert County court system and all its judges, who he personally exploits to gain economic and legal advantage over victims he chooses to destroy with the help of inside judicial officers), and employees of his, working within the Calvert County Sheriff Department. AS well as a cover-up that extends all the way through the Maryland Courts of Appeal, the United States Bankruptcy Court and District Courts in Maryland, bringing dishonor and disgrace on our legal system. And promoting fraud on the court and victims.

Once again emergency relief is necessary to prevent the murder of the cats taken from the cat sanctuary by Calvert County Sheriff department; the destruction and theft of all the lifelong possessions of Jean Michaud and her husband.

The Sheriff Department refuses to return calls to clarify the rules and law regarding evictions because they are absolutely sure that there officers acted in a negligent fraudulent conduct, while overseeing this illegal eviction and failing to recognize federal bankruptcy statutes that protect the rights and liberties of foreclosure fraud.

The state of Maryland, which you represent, Calvert County as a private corporation, and the judicial bond of the seventh judicial circuit are all civilly liable under Article 19 of the Maryland Declaration of Rights for the injuries caused to these good citizens property under color of law and authority. I hope that they sue the state of Maryland. $400 million and I will gladly testify in any court as to what I have witnessed over the past three months, naming each member of Congress who has been complicit in this fraud and conspiracy; by acting in a negligent standard of conduct facilitating criminal fraud on our citizens.
