JOB TITLE : SAP PS Stream Lead LOCALITY : Central Office, Sunninghill MANAGER : CIO

1. EDUCATIONAL (Minimum level necessary to perform the job).

Degree or 3 Year Diploma in IT or related field Professional / Tertiary SAP PS certification

2. EXPERIENCE (Minimum necessary before being considered for the Job)

 5 years IT experience  5 years’ experience in NHBRC or similar institute specifically engineering, inspectors, warranty, builders and building projects  5 years SAP PS experience

3. TRAINING (Essential training received in addition to the above experience to perform the job).

 Degree/ Diploma/ IT certifications  SAP training  SAP PS Certification  IT Project experience

Key Performance Areas Key tasks

1. Manage NHBRC Technical  Lead the collection of business requirements, analysis, and and Operational design and build processes in the SAP PS module. environment  Analyse, compile, design, configure, test and manage NHBRC Technical and Operational environment technical and functional requirements and specification.  Facilitate Business Process Modelling via SAP Solution Manager.  Manage and lead all activities related to the NHBRC Technical and Operational environment with regards to the SAP implementation project.  Manage, configure, support, escalate, performance tune and issue resolution of NHBRC environment.  Manage the identification, design, all testing and implementation of reports for NHBRC Technical and Operational environment.  Collect business requirements, design, configure, integrate, test, support and manage NHBRC online builder registration/ renewals and project enrolment environment.  Collect business requirements, design, configure, integrate, test, support and manage NHBRC PDA device environment.  Collect business requirements, design, configure, integrate, test, support and manage NHBRC GIS environment.  Ensure all documentation, business processes, changes, configuration, updates and patches are done, maintained through and up to date in SAP Solution Manager.  Liaise with other SAP module specialists to ensure integration.  Manage customizations or configuration of the SAP module.  Determine and Implement reporting requirements.  Provide support and technical advice to other SAP integrated modules.  Liaise with NHBRC stakeholders for SAP module integration.  Ensure that all the business process permutations are covered by the Solution.  Follow ASAP methodology. 2. Maintenance and Support  Provide technological and functional services advice to the business.  Manage issue/ problem escalation.  Ensure stabilization of the solution.  Establish daily, weekly and monthly system checklists and reporting.  Establish, manage and test failover and fail back, including to DR site.  Version and patch management.  License management.  Maintenance and Change Management  Backup management and testing. 3. Ensure compliance  Comply with SAP standards and best practices.  Ensure full up to date documentation of NHBRC Technical and Operational environment. 4. Manage Disaster Recovery  Manage the NHBRC Technical and Operational and Business Continuity environment’s Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.  Document and test NHBRC Technical and Operational environment and failover.  Develop and maintain relevant policies, procedures, operational manuals.  Recovery. 5. Testing  Assist business to create and maintain test cases and test data.  Conduct pre user testing.  Manage structured user acceptance testing and ensure sign off. 6. Training  Compile and maintain business, technical and training documentation (electronic and hard copy).  Assist with user training.
