Cheddar Ranch Potatoes Hereford House Restaurant

2 Cups Heavy Cream ¼ each Ranch Dressing Packet ¼ tsp. Salt ¼ tsp. White Pepper 2 ½ lbs. Potatoes, sliced ¾ lb. White Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees. In a large mixing bowl combine the heavy cream, ranch-dressing packet, salt and white pepper. Mix well with a wire whip. In a casserole dish lay the potatoes out in layers. Cover with the white cheddar cheese. Pour the cream mixture over the top of the potatoes and cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Place in the oven and cook for 1 hour. Remove from oven and stir potatoes around. Place back in oven and cook additional 30 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy!
