Discussions:
No Wake – board members and homeowners agreed on putting 2 signs up to let residents know if there is no wake. One sign will be by the mailboxes and the other to be decided on. John Kava to be in charge of putting the signs up if there is to be no wake.
Boat Police – Mary Arkfeld, Amy Hansen and Jared Walvoord volunteered to report any breaking of rules or trespassing on the lake by non-residents. Any unauthorized boats on the lake, please contract the local authorities. If there is a problem with boating regulations, please contact one of the board members listed above.
Boating Committee – Jeremy Broz and Greg Fehlhaber volunteered to make sure each boat on the lake meets the requirements of the covenants. Once the boat has been approved the homeowner will receive an HOA sticker to put on their boat allowing them rights to the lake.
Lot #’s on boats – Con also stated he would like each homeowner to place their lot number on both sides of their boats.
Cutting of the Channel – Homeowners enquiring about when the channel would be cut. Con informed them he is waiting for the bid on the bridge. If he is to cut the channel now and not put the bridge in until next year there would be extra costs to the developer to repair the banks from erosion and he would like to pay for this once.
Vacant Lot Erosion – John Tierney indicated there has been some erosion on vacant lots due to all the rain leaving gullies. Con is going to make arrangements to tour with John and see his concerns. Guests – It was decided each homeowner will receive 2 visitor passes to hand out to their guests say if they want to fish sometime they have the homeowners permission.
Entrances – Plans are being put together for the landscaping at the entrances. John Kava is donating 2 boulders.
HOA Dues – Homeowners requesting as to how the HOA dues will be spent – was stated the monies will be used for snow removal, cleaning of streets, utilities, entrance maintenance, lake maintenance, special events. The board will make the decisions as to how the monies will be spent, but votes will be taken at meetings.

*Steve’s homes is under construction and you will be notified when he moves out to the Lake with his new address.
Docks and lifts – placement of docks and lifts need to be approved by the developer.
Lift Station – Shawn Coenen indicated the lift station by his home has blown over. To contact Larry Hagewood to have fixed.
HOA Party – There will be an HOA party on July 17th, the HOA will pay the cost.
Valley Burn Site – Burn site is coming down and will be buried under the road. Mike Carter’s boys will go out and pickup glass as they did last year.
Fishing License – John Kava informed the homeowners he contacted state officials and a fishing license is needed on the lake.
Boat Ramp – Homeowners inquired about when the boat ramp would be put in and Con stated he had to wait until the water recedes as he wants to make sure it is done right the first time. Con will make the decision as to when the ramp can be put in place.
It was also suggested through the board that if you have not paid your HOA dues before the July 17th party, you will not be able to participate.
The NO WAKE was lifted July 4th. Everyone might not be aware of this.
