Enterprise Rent-A-Car Information, Rates and Quick Start Program  Enterprise Rent-A-Car is The Principal's preferred rental agency in Des Moines as well as those locations where National Car Rental does not offer Emerald Club Aisle service.  Enterprise has a strong local presence, with pickup and delivery service and multiple car types to choose from at attractive rates.  Enterprise is available at 200 airport locations worldwide. To search, check under Locations at www.enterprise.com  Enterprise does allow a traveler to pick up a car at one of their locations and drop at another within the same geographic area. This is on a request-basis only. If booking through Concur, please add a “note to agent” with details requesting this option as the system will indicate it is not allowed. However, T&T will work to process the request and confirm back to the traveler once completed.

For rental transactions originating at Enterprise brand locations in the areas set forth below, an additional surcharge will be assessed as provided for each day:

The above rates apply at all Enterprise branches throughout the United States and include insurance coverage. Please do not accept additional insurance coverage when renting for business use. When renting a car, The Principal requests that you rent a *Standard size car with Enterprise. If you have a business need (multiple people riding with you, inclement weather concerns, etc.), which requires a larger or more expensive vehicle type, please consult with your leader before making your reservation.

Except for one way rentals, rates for Economy through Premium vehicle classes include unlimited free miles per day and per week, and 4,000 free miles per month for Enterprise; all other vehicle classes include unlimited free miles per day and per week, and 2,500 free miles per month. Any additional miles will be charged at the rate of $.20 per mile. Quick Start Program Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers a $10/day early pick-up service that Principal travelers may take advantage of. You may pick up your vehicle the night before you travel and the $10 will apply for that early pick-up, with regular charges starting the following day, no earlier than 7:00AM and no later than 7:30AM. For example, if you pick it up on Saturday, the $10/day charge will be charged for Saturday and Sunday and then regular rental charges will commence on Monday morning (assuming your business need starts Monday). Please note that the early pick-up charges will not be reflected on your itinerary. Your itinerary may show a higher price however Enterprise will make the proper adjustments to your rental agreement. Please make sure to review your rental agreement to be sure the adjustment was made. Keep in mind that if you leave your personal vehicle at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car office, the rental car cannot be used for personal business throughout the weekend and/or before the business rental period begins. Enterprise Rent-A-Car will, however, offer a free Pick Up Service on Saturdays if you need to leave your car at home. An Enterprise Rent-A-Car representative will pick you up from home, and bring you to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car office to retrieve your rental vehicle. Your personal vehicle will remain at home for weekend usage, and your rental will be available to you for early Monday departure. Upon conclusion of the rental, simply drop the vehicle off at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location and they will provide you with a ride back home.
