I. Report out on concerns (10 minutes) - Copier limits- 12,000 for full-time and 6,000 for part-time and 1million copies in the copy center ($26,000 for copiers and maintenance and an additional $15,000 for paper per year) - Purchasing basic supplies- Antonio

II. Spring targets by Discipline - (30 minutes) Antonio & Carlos - Targets for the college and by discipline - Outline updated plan of action to hit spring targets

Tier 1: Highest priority classes/sections; should comprise no more than 80% of your Spring 2014 FTEF.

Tier 2: Next level classes/sections; should comprise no more than 20% of your Spring 2014 FTEF. These are classes or sections from which reductions, if necessary, could be considered.

Tier 3: Classes/sections that will put you over last year’s Spring FTEF. Running these will require either higher FTES targets than last year, or reductions from another department.

Tier 4: Classes/sections required for Learning Communities (ex. FYE, PACE).

III. Spring schedule - Room TBA's (30 minutes) – Tram IV. Ed master plan - (30 minutes) - Tram

Programs, how to cluster them and include student support and engagement opportunities? This will inform 10/3 9-12 Ed Master Plan meeting.

V. Annual Timeline of critical processes (20 minutes) – Tram

a. Focus on APU and budget – APU’s due on December 1 to Deans for compiling.
