1. Walls & Towers must be firm and upright.

2. Anchor points must be secure & correctly fitted.

3. Check wall strengthener’s.

4. Check for entrapment areas.

5. Check all bed seams and pressure of unit.

6. Blower must be able to release enough air to hold firm footing on bed.

7. Check unit has no broken stitching.

8. Check the unit does not have excessive de-lamination.

9. Are fabric used adequate for the part they play in the structure.

10. Is fabric flame retardant.

11. Step suitable? Inflation tube length? Fall off points? ALL CHECKS FOUND TO BE IN ORDER? IF NO LIST______
