Natural Gas Water Heater $100 EF .62-.66 Rating Tank type-Residential & Commercial $150 EF .67+ Rating

Clock-Programmable Thermostat $25 (for natural gas customers)

Insulation - Up to $250 rebate - with proof of purchase (receipt, proof of R-Value and UPC from insulation) with the following requirements: . New, replacement, or addition of Insulation in residential homes or commercial/industrial buildings with natural gas heat source . All structures must be over 10 years of age (verified by assessor’s records) . Insulation Levels (R-Value) must be at or above recommended insulation level per insulation location based on current U.S. Department of Energy chart . Natural Gas Customer of Wayland Municipal Gas System (City Utility office will verify).
