Insurance requirements are as follows:

General and Excess/Umbrella Liability- $2 Million per occurrence, $ 2 million aggregate

Auto Liability- $1 million per occurrence

Worker’s compensation- WC Statutory limits, $1 Million Employer’s liability. Evidence of this coverage will be provided by a payroll services company.

1) Certificate Holder: Century City Mall LLC, c/o 1801 Avenue of the Stars, Suite 833, Los Angeles, CA 90067 2) Each policy is required to name the following as additionally insured, verbatim:

Additional language

“Century City Mall, LLC, Westfield America, Inc., Westfield America Limited Partnership and Westfield Property Management LLC are named as additional insured, as required by written contract.” The following forms are required along with the Certificate of Insurance:

1. Hold Harmless Agreement (Management Provides) attached to certificate. 2. We require Additional Insured endorsements attached to all certificates listing the

3 entities “ Century City Mall, LLC, Westfield LLC, Westfield America Limited

Partnership” Alternatively, a blanket additional insured endorsement will be

accepted.
