Meeting Room & Welcome Desk The EFGCP team will be pleased to welcome you on Thursday 4 December from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM in front of the Grand Ballroom (1st floor). Participants are invited to present themselves at the Welcome Desk to receive their badges and the workshop documents.

Workshop Language The language of the workshop will be English.

Lunch & Coffee Breaks Lunch & coffee breaks are included in the registration fee. The coffee breaks will be served in the Grand Ballroom Foyer.

By taxi: Taxis are located just outside the arrival hall at the airport. Taxis are metered and the cost should be around 40.00 €. Travel time in taxi to the workshop venue is usually 20 min or more depending upon traffic.

For Brussels, you may take any train at platform 2 or 3. There are 3 direct trains per hour (h27 – h 36 – h 51) with a journey time of about 15 minutes. Get off at the South station and Take Metro line 6 (direction Simonis - Elisabeth). Get off 3 stops later at Louise / Louiza (10 min). Take the Boulevard de Waterloo exit and turn right. Walk up Boulevard de Waterloo. The Hotel is located 200 meters further on your left. You can purchase a ticket before boarding the metro from the GO vending machines. The ride will cost you 2.00 €.

FROM BRUSSELS SOUTH RAILWAY STATION / GARE DU MIDI (NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL TRAINS, EUROSTAR, THALYS)

By taxi:

Taxi station is located in front of the station; you just have to follow the Taxi sign. The ride will cost you between around 10.00 € and will last around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.

By metro:

Take Metro line 6 (direction Simonis - Elisabeth). Get off 3 stops later at Louise / Louiza (10 min).

Take the Boulevard de Waterloo exit and turn right. Walk up Boulevard de Waterloo. The Hotel is located 200 meters further on your left. You can purchase a ticket before boarding the metro from the GO vending machines. The ride will cost you 2.00 €.

FROM BRUSSELS CENTRAL STATION / GARE CENTRALE

By taxi: Taxi station is located in front of the station; you just have to follow the Taxi sign. The ride will cost you between around 7.00 € and will last around 5 minutes or more depending on traffic.

When exiting the bus, turn left and cross the Rue de Namur. Go straight down the Boulevard de Waterloo. The Hotel is located about 300 meters further on your right. The price of a ticket for the whole journey is 2.00 € (purchased outside the vehicle) or 2.50 € (purchased inside the vehicle). The journey will last around 15 min.

By metro: Take Metro Line 1, direction Stockel or Line 5, direction Hermann Debroux. Get off 2 stops later at Arts-Loi / Kunst-Wet, change to Line 6, direction Roi Baudouin / Koning Boudewijn, and get off at the third stop Louise / Louiza. Take the Boulevard de Waterloo exit and turn right. Walk up Boulevard de Waterloo. The Hotel is located 200 meters further on your left.
