For those students out on their European year abroad : We have not yet had a response from the European Commission regarding the interim report for the Erasmus Grant 13-14. If a response is received before Sue Green leaves the University you will be informed of the outcome of this report. It is however likely that this information will not be received until Sue Green’s return.

Please ensure that you continue to send your departure forms and all documentation to ensure that you retain your eligibility for the erasmus grant already paid to you. Send this to email [email protected] and a member of staff will ensure that you receive a receipt within 3 working days.

For those students going on the European Year abroad in 14-15 : We ask that you ensure that you have completed your application for study if you are going to a University during the 1st semester, if you have difficulty whilst Vicky and Sue are aware you should contact the international office at the location you are going to in the first instance please, these are the staff best placed to deal with any issued you have. If you need anything signing off this can be done by your home departmental coordinators or they can be brought to the Dennison Centre and staff who are authorised to sign (see below) will deal with your paperwork.

For those students who are handing in their erasmus grant forms for study or placement in 14-15 : This can be handed in at the reception area in the Dennison Centre. You will be given a receipt for the packs, the packs will then be checked when we return. Once the deadline for the grant application on line has ended (currently 1 July 2014) and the outcome of the funding is known you will receive the notification of the grant payable to you and a fully scanned copy of all documentation will be sent. Remember the email to use is Send this to email [email protected] You may also send the documentation to [email protected] if you are off campus when documents are completed.

A member of staff will ensure that a receipt email is sent to the student and Vicky will deal with the applications on her return.
