Surface: Show Jumping on an all weather surface, dressage on grass.

GATES OPEN AT 7AM. CATERING AVAILABLE FROM 8AM. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: 1. This event will be run under HRCAV rules and regulations. 2. Valid Membership, Combined Training and Dressage performance cards must be handed to the card secretary before competing. 3. Competitors must present to gear check at least 20 minutes prior to each phase. 4. Competitors must supply their own numbers (either bridle or saddle blanket on both sides) for both phases, and Medical Armbands for show jumping. 5. Protests must be lodged within 20 minutes of final scores being posted, and be accompanied by $20 deposit. The decision of the ground jury is final. 6. No dogs allowed Please leave your dog at home as it is against council regulations for our grounds. 7. All refunds are subject to a $10 administration fee. 8. There shall be no refunds after 1st March 2018 unless notified prior to ride time to [email protected] and a valid veterinary or doctor's medical certificate is provided within 7 days of notification of scratching. 9. Monash ARC will not be liable for any damage, loss or injury to any rider or spectator within or outside the grounds.
