Biology Mulled Wine and Minced Pies

To be held in Biology Atrium. Mulled wine heated using urns, minced pies serve cold.

A small orchestra will also be present.

Day and date Thursday 17th January 2009 Time Main event from 10.30-11.30

However, set-up will start from 9.00 and clear-up until 12.00

Location & rooms booked Biology Atrium.

Maximum number of people attending 300 estimated.

A risk assessment is simply a careful examination of what, in your work activity, could cause harm to staff, students, contractors or members of the public so that you can weigh up whether you have taken enough precautions or should do more to prevent harm. The table below should be used to provide details of the event and identify any significant hazards together with the measures required to reduce the associated risks to a low and acceptable level
