PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT

This user guide is intended to be used with websites such as:

 www.mostreferredaccountant.co.uk

 www.mostreferredbusinessadvisor.co.uk

This guide is to assist Client Moderators when updating Feedback.

All Client Moderators should read this document in full before making any changes to the site, and then refer to it when making site amendments.

FEEDBACK

FEEDBACK NOTIFICATION

 When feedback is left on the site you will receive an email that looks similar to the below:

 Ensure you’re logged into the site

 Go to http://mostreferredaccountant.co.uk/

 Click on the Log in/Register button at the top right of the site

 Click on the second link on the email which will open the pending comments page in your browser

VIEW FEEDBACK

 Ensure you’re logged into the site

 Click On Listings

 You will see your Listing(s) and next to each a note of how many published/unpublished comments relate to each listing. Click on this to access the feedback/comments for the relevant listing

 Click on the title of the feedback/comment to view it

PUBLISH FEEDBACK  Ensure you’re logged into the site

 View Feedback and Error: Reference source not found as necessary (instructions above) to ensure correct spelling, details etc. and to ensure feedback is relevant and appropriate i.e. for the correct business, no vulgarity etc.

 Feedback will not be seen on the site until Published

 Click Publish next to the relevant comment/feedback

UN-PUBLISH FEEDBACK  Ensure you’re logged into the site

 Click Unpublish next to the relevant comment/feedback
