NOTICE OF MEETING (•) OF THE

COMMISSIONERS COURT OF JACK COUNTY, TEXAS

Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the above named Commissioners Court will be held on Monday the 11th day of April, 2016 at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the County Courthouse, Jacksboro, Texas, at which time the following subjects* will be discussed and appropriate action taken, to-wit:

These subjects may or may not be discussed in the order shown. All items listed below as part of the called "Consent Agenda Items" require no deliberation by the Court. Each Court member has the prerogative of removing an item from this agenda so that it may be considered separately.

1. PUBLIC FORUM (Limited to 5 minutes per person);

2. PAYMENT OF CLAIMS;

3. CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: (a) Approval of Minutes of Meetings of March 28, 2016 and April 4, 2016; (b) Approval/Renewal of Performance Bond for Deputy Sheriff Mitchell A. Netterville; (c) Approval of the transfer of use of 5 chairs as surplus property to the Jack County Youth Fair Building – Charlie Martin; (d) Approval of return of check offered by the Hon J. Nolan Dunlap of salary offered back to the County since January 1, 2016 – County Judge; (e) Ratification of action previously approved regarding the substitution of securities pledged by County Depository; (f) Receiving of certificates or reports on continuing education involving County Commissioner, Precinct 1 B. Keith Umphress; (g) Approval of Performance Bonds for Interim Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1 Stacy Spurlock ($5,000) and County Clerk Vanessa James ($77,000); (h) Update and/or Review of quarterly internal audit by County Auditor of accounts for the offices of Sheriff and Constable;

4. Timed Agenda Items: 10:00

Review and Action regarding submitted bids in the purchase of a Road Maintainer for Precinct 3;

5. Discussion of Commissioner Precinct Operations;

6. Update on Courthouse Repair Project 2016 details, if any;

7. Update on status of County activities, if any, under the CTIF Grant and FEMA Flood Grant;

8. Reports, if any, by other Department Heads;

9. Update on plan for installation of Grant-Paid Radio Repeater – County Judge;

10. Review of Budget FY16 status and performance;

11. Declaration of Emergency and Amendment(s), if needed, of Budget FY16;

12. Update and/or Review of internal audit by County Auditor of accounts for the offices of outgoing County Clerk and Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1;

13. Update on status execution of Maintenance Agreement on Elevator and Chair Lift with Otis Elevator and to provide the Annual No Load Safety Testing and QEI Inspection for both items;

14. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS; AND;

15. ADJOURNMENT.
