Quality Policy
Nova Shipping Pvt Ltd are committed to provide the high quality and cost - effective quality services in the field of seafarer recruitment to all our valued customers, ensuring customer Satisfaction. The quality policy is built up on the following basic principles: customer focus, leadership, management commitment, employees involvement, continual improvement of the processes and entity of the objectives, which the company sets and strives continually to achieve, are set in its Quality Management System, certified in accordance to ISO 9001:2008 and MLC 2006.
Our quality policy helps to achieve following goals for the company. 1. To achieve high customer satisfaction and continual improvement of the services. 2. To provide the ship owners with highly qualified crews in compliance with appropriate national and international rules and regulations. 3. To ensure engagement in service of qualified, disciplined, medically fit seafarers capable to prevent the hazardous occurrences leading to accidents, incidents or any type of loss to customer's property or environment. 4. Data and information analyses and assessment for reasonable decision making. 5. Dedicated and loyal workforce to provide candidates and clients with an unsurpassed standard of service every time. 6. No fees shall be charged from the seafarers for recruitment. 7. Nova Shipping shall protect seafarers’ privacy on their personal data & ensure that seafarer rights & working conditions are safeguarded. 8. Nova Shipping shall not discriminate any seafarer based on race, color, gender or religion. 9. We shall not recruit any seafarers below the age limit of 18 years. 10. We shall not blacklist any seafarer.
The company shall review the suitability of quality policy and quality objectives periodically.
