The distributor may select the GQ00 Transaction in Web-enabled TOPS by typing GQ00 (instead of GR80) and pressing enter. The following screen will be displayed.

. Option 1 can be selected to review order status. . Option 2 can be selected to review stock status. . Option 3 can be selected to access TOPS for any division currently setup for the distributor. . Option 6 can be selected to view the division codes of Parker facilities.

Option 1 – Order Status Query

Enter the customer number you wish to query:

Optionally, enter one of the qualifying items:

Place the cursor in the Division ID, Customer Number, or Part Number field and press PF9 to get a table of known values for the field

When selecting option 1 the distributor’s customer number is hard-coded and the division ID will default to GRI (Fluid Connectors Canada). At this point the distributor can press enter and they will receive a listing of all orders placed as shown below. To look up a specific PO, type PO number in Purchase Order Number field and press enter.

Type in the part that you are inquiring on. At the division id field you can either place the following codes:

GRI Fluid Connectors Canada PSC US Divisions PAR Polyflex

If no division id is specified it will default to PSC and show stock at the US divisions. By using GRI the following screen will be displayed.

To continue with the same part you can change the division id at this point screen with PSC or PAR.

At the command line type 3 and press enter. The following screen will be displayed.

Key in any division that you have TOPS capabilities with. ie: GR80. Press enter. To exit from the TOPS system press F3 to end your selection. This will take you right out of GQ00.

Option 6 can be used to look up Division Name, Parker Vendor Numbers, EDI Division/Locations and Customer Numbers. Option “B” is very helpful. Use F8 to scroll forward through the screens.
