Cacao Lab R&D Intern Key Responsibilities:

 Perform assigned tests and trials on AUI Cacao Lab, a chocolate processing pilot plant.

 Assist maintaining the entire process of chocolate processing from cacao mass to bar.

 Practice on the pilot plant and develop AUI chocolate samples

 Assist AUI Innovation team with sample taste testing and preparation

 Participate the results study, discussion and taste testing when needed

 Support AUI Innovation team with other R&D tasks and projects when needed Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor Degree (or to be) in Food Science

 Strong knowledge in food processing and technology

 Comfortable in handling equipment, machines in a pilot plant
