The most experienced mediator has 27 years of mediation experience in employment disputes. All the mediators have received training and attend conferences and workshops to continue to improve their skills. Mediators have provided mediation services for such organizations as the General Services Administration, the U. S. Department of Agriculture, the Department of Interior, 3 Lee Kramer Associates, L.L.C. Contract Number GS-22F-9793H the Small Business Administration, the Export-Import Bank, Housing and Urban Development and the Surface Transportation Board.

SIN 595-25 Customized Off-the-Shelf training (per hour)

The EEO trainers working for Lee Kramer Associates, L.L.C. have over 25 years experience in the employment field. They have conducted trainings in such areas as mediation, EEO counseling, arbitration, diversity and sexual harassment. Trainers specialize in conducting mediation at both the basic level and the advanced level. The organizations that have used these services include the U. S. Department of Agriculture, the Department of Labor, the Department of Interior, the General Services Administration and Maryland University.

SIN 595-25 EEO Counseling Individual and Class Complaints (per hour)

All of our EEO counselors have had the requisite 16 hours of EEOC training as directed by EEOC Management Directive 110. Also, our EEO counselors have completed the requisite 8 hours of EEO counselor training each year as required by EEOC Management Directive 110 and many have exceeded the 8 hours of training. The EEO counselors have an extensive background in Title VII and over 5 years of experience conducting EEO counselings. The majority of the EEO counselors associated with Lee Kramer Associates, L.L.C. are attorneys specializing in the area of Equal Employment Opportunity law. Each EEO counselor has knowledge of the Federal personnel system, labor relations, and EEO laws and regulations. The agencies that have used our EEO counseling services include the General Services Administration, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Export- Import Bank, the Surface Transportation Board, and the U.S. Geological Survey.

2a. MAXIMUM ORDER: The maximum dollar value per order will be $1,000,000 for each SIN. Lee Kramer Associates, L.L.C. may, but is not obligated to accept orders exceeding $1,000,000.
