1. Use this form for starting a jackpot, terminating a jackpot, changing the EGMs in a jackpot, changing jackpot parameters (using a new Jackpot VCGLR Approval No or Option Set or Variation), or requesting new jackpot display images. 2. Information for current approved jackpots and Jackpot Approval Numbers and Parameters is available by VCGLR. 3. Details of your venue jackpots can be found in the Jackpot Configuration Report of the iGEM System. 4. Ensure that you have listed the EGM details on the second page for Jackpot Start and Change EGM in Jackpot. 5. Send the completed Jackpot Change form to the IGS Help Desk at [email protected] or fax 03 9673 3999 at least 20 business days (28 days) before the change is needed. Warning: Changes to an EGM Triggered Jackpot may need Game changes and a master reset. You will need to complete the EGM and Game Change form and send to IGS with this form or lodge Scheduled Works for those EGMs in the iGEM System.
