OFFICIAL PRACTICE: Times will be on Friday 28th Oct – this for visiting Provinces only due to limited ice. Practice groups to be announced after the Draw.

COMPETITION CONDITIONS: 1. All skaters must be valid SAFSA Members. Their membership subs must be up to date, and the three month rule will be enforced.
2. The entry fee of R200.00 must be paid directly into Central Gauteng's bank account. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED!!! ENTRY FEE MUST BE PAID BY CLOSING DATE!

3. No entries will be accepted without the accompanying program content forms. All program content forms are to be emailed to Liz Bates and cc Heather Skinner by no later than Wednesday 5th October.
4. Late entries will not be accepted. In the event of all the required documentation (Entry form, entry fee and PCC form) not being submitted on time, the skater will not be allowed to compete.
5. Please print names and check spelling as this list is used for certificates and programs.
6. All music must be cut onto CD and clearly marked with name and short or long program. Music must be handed in at registration, on separate CD’s per skater. This music will be used for the official practice in the main sound system. Please have a back up of your music available during the event for any emergencies.
7. Can all Provinces please co-ordinate entries onto the enclosed single Provincial entry form, and verify qualifications, eligibility and dates of birth. ALL ENTRIES AND PROOF OF PAYMENT TO BE GIVEN OR MAILED TO:

8. PROPOSED SCHEDULE: To be advised once full entry received.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. REGISTRATION: This will take place on Thursday 27th October at the Festival Mall Rink from 18:00 – 19:00, where nametags, gifts and any further information will be distributed.
2. SPECTATOR FEE: R45 per person. Season ticket R75. 3. PHOTOGRAPHER: Photographs will be taken of your program. This is an order, print and pay service on the night directly to photographer. Make sure you check your action photographs
4. PARADE AND MARCH PAST: All competitors must wear competition attire and Provincial track suits. Skaters must remain on the ice during the awards ceremony as all skaters will receive a certificate of participation and the podium places a medal.
5. Please be at the rink at least 30 minutes prior to your section, in case the competition runs ahead of time.
6. GOODIE STORE: There will be Competition Memorabilia and other goodies on sale during the competition only.
7. Only well-wrapped items, fluffy toys and flowers are allowed to be thrown onto the ice. No loose sweets or breakable items permitted.
NOTE: Please will all Chairman/Secretary’s/CG Coaches give a preliminary count of entries and sections to Heather Skinner in order for us to plan our skating and official practice schedule.
