Please remember to bring/wear the following: 1. Water bottle, with water in/drink! 2. A snack/real food (no sweets or gum!) 3. Full leg covering 4. Warm Top/hat & gloves (especially during winter) 5. Waterproofs 6. O-Footware/Trainers with good grip (especially during wet/winter months) 7. A compass, whistle, map bag and head torch (can be borrowed, if you have your own please bring them)
