Pursuant to EFIS No.79 in September, subscribers to this range are invited to use the latest versions of these forms which the Court Funds Office has amended to reflect the introduction of the Court Funds Rules 2011 which came into force on 3rd October. The existing forms CFO104, CFO204, CFO300 and CFO319 have become obsolete. In addition, the Court Funds Office has asked Oyez not to reissue amended versions of forms CFO203 and CFO206 because these two forms are forms which the Court Funds Office circulates to practitioners. Therefore these forms have been removed from your system(s). However, Oyez has added CFO_A, CFO_L, CFO_P, CFO_PB, CFO_PG, CFO_R, CFO_FE1, CFO_IHT1, CFO_SLDG2, CFO_SST1, CFO_WS, CFO320PB, CFO_WS and CP22B to your suite of forms. We understand that the Court Funds Office will continue to accept current editions of their forms for an indefinite period but practitioners can now use the new and amended forms. ______Case Management Notice The recommended method for merging data with OyezForms is via 'Field Label' identities, rather than 'Field Numbers'. TOOLS>PRINT ID LABELS will print a list for each form. ______OyezForms V9.01S+ 'Export to PDF' option when any form is open. Selecting this option will trigger a 'Save as' dialog, allowing you to choose the export location for the PDF file. OyezForms cannot edit the content of the PDF files it creates. PDF should be seen as a 'read-only' copy of your work, suitable for archiving, client signature etc. To obtain an upgrade, visit: http://www.oyezforms.co.uk/progupdate.asp ______
